Reward Yourself
Reward yourself for revising – eating your favourite snack and spending time on social media.
Make A Drink
Make a hot drink, but don’t take it back to your desk with you. Drink it away from your work space and have some quiet time.
Go For A Walk
Go for a walk, or just sit outside for some fresh air.
Have A Chat
Have a chat with someone that is also revising – you can give each other support and study ideas.
Speak To Someone
